Voucher Terms & Conditions

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

• Please refer to your voucher for expiry date [if applicable]. An expiry date may not be extended.

• Advance booking is required. Please contact us at hello@katemcnamaraphotography.com.au to schedule your session. Availability is subject to my schedule

• A voucher may be used towards a Kate McNamara Photography session either as stated on the voucher (family session, newborn session etc) or if cash amount is stated it can be used towards any session other than a mini

• For sessions over the value of voucher, the recipient will be charged my normal prices and pay the difference

• Immediate family members included in Family Sessions only. Extended family charged additionally

• Voucher must be presented to Kate McNamara Photography at your booking stage

• Any remaining credit can be used towards prints or products of your choice

• If you fail to attend a booked shoot and do not make contact with Kate prior to the scheduled shoot time, you will forfeit the value of your voucher in its entirety

• All participants must sign a business policies agreement before your shoot is locked in, this will be emailed with a booking confirmation for electronic signature

• Kate McNamara Photography retains the right to enter any images in industry awards and competitions.
